Flote Driver terms of use

Flote Driver is provided by FLOTE Software Company for drivers employed by Grizzly Pine Limited Liability Company who have been invited by a Flote dispatcher. There is no public sign-up.

Access is personal. Sign in only with the mobile number set up for you, do not let anyone else use your session, and never share a sign-in code with anyone, including Flote staff.

• Use the app only for delivery work assigned to you.
• Record deliveries and hand-offs accurately.
• Do not interact with the app while driving. Stop safely first.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, its data, or the Flote service.
• Do not attempt to access routes, deliveries, or information that are not assigned to you.
• Keep your device secured with a passcode, and report a lost or stolen device to dispatch immediately.

Flote may suspend, revoke, or end your access at any time, including when your employment ends or a device is lost. When access ends, the app stops delivery work and hides delivery information. Work that has not yet reached Flote stays locked on the device until Flote can recover it.

Signing out ends your session on that device. Reinstalling the app requires signing in again.

Description

One-time passcodes sent when you request a code on the Flote Driver sign-in screen. No other messages are sent.

Frequency

One message per request. Frequency varies with how often you sign in.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

Help

Reply HELP or INFO, or email drivers@withflote.com.

Opt out

Reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation and no further codes. Because a code is the only way to sign in, you cannot sign in again until you re-enable messages.

Re-enable

Reply START to the same number.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms govern use of the app and the text-message program. They do not change the terms of your employment with Grizzly Pine Limited Liability Company. Workplace policies, including those on vehicle operation and safety, continue to apply.

Flote Driver is in internal testing. Features may change, and the app may be unavailable at times. Flote may update these terms. The effective date below identifies the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The app is provided as is for use in your work. To the extent permitted by law, Flote is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under employment or consumer protection law.
